After numerous false reports surfaced that ailing rapper DMX had passed away on Thursday night, the rapper's manager Steve Rifkind clarified he's still alive.

The 50-year-old rapper (real name Earl Simmons) has been hospitalized since Friday night after suffering a drug overdose that triggered a heart attack. He has been in the ICU on life support ever since, and while Rifkind confirmed the rapper is still alive, he made it clear he's still on life support and still has a long road ahead.
