35 year old London-based author, Andrew Steele shared the seven healthy habits he has adopted in his own life to combat aging, and it seems that moderation is key.
1) Stay active — but don't overdo it
2) Get the right amount of sleep (7 to 8 hours per night)
3) Say goodbye to supplements
4) Eat more plants and less meat
5) Monitor your blood pressure and resting heart rate at home
6) Take care of your teeth (Brush twice daily)
7) Don't stress about intermittent fasting or dietary restriction
