Sasha Obama set to attend University of Michigan

Former President Obama's youngest daughter, Sasha, is enrolled at the University of Michigan and scheduled to start classes next week, The Detroit News reports.

According to the newspaper, a number of students attending the university’s recent freshman orientation saw the 18-year-old on campus earlier this week.
A third-year student, Zach Lassen, told the paper that he saw Sasha Obama, who was born Natasha, being accompanied on campus by security on Tuesday.
The university declined to confirm her enrollment in a statement to the paper, citing its policy prohibiting such disclosures regarding students.
A spokeswoman for the former president’s daughter also declined to comment on the story to the paper.
Barack Obama's older daughter, Malia, attends Harvard University, where she enrolled in 2017.
