Frank Lampard has been made the bookmakers favourite to be the next Premier League manager sacked just hours after his appointment as Chelsea boss.
The former Blues midfielder has signed a three-year deal at Stamford Bridge, replacing Maurizio Sarri after a season in the Championship with Derby. But the bookies are not convinced, putting Lampard at joint-favourite – alongside Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær – to be dismissed first in the upcoming season.
The Chelsea legend is priced at 6/1, just ahead of new Brighton boss Graham Potter (7/1) and Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder (10/1).
