Kevin Costner says his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner is refusing to pack her stuff & leave their home!

Kevin Costner's estranged wife Christine Baumgartner was spotted at their $145 million beachfront compound in Carpinteria, California Wednesday, amid news that he has taken legal steps to get her to leave the home in the wake of her divorce filing last month.
The Oscar-winning actor, 68, said that under the terms of their prenuptial agreement, Baumgartner, 49, had a 30-day period to move out of the house he owns following her May 1 divorce filing, Radar reported Tuesday after reviewing legal docs in the case.
The Dances With Wolves actor-director told the court he believes that Baumgartner is remaining in the home to persuade him to give into 'various financial demands' she is making in the wake of the split. Costner said he has already provided Baumgartner with $1.45 million under the terms of the prenup, providing ample funds for her to procure a new place to live.
Baumgartner, who shares three children with Costner - sons Cayden, 16, and Hayes, 14, and daughter Grace, 13 - appeared to have a passenger in the luxury vehicle while making the trek in the well-heeled coastal community. Amid the divorce and property dispute, the Yellowstone star has told the court that he would be amenable to further financial arrangements in an effort to get her to leave the home.
Costner said in court docs that he's amenable to 'contribute as part of his child support obligations $30K per month for a rental house, and is willing to advance another $10K for her moving costs.'
He said in court docs that he is the sole owner of the three family homes; and per the prenup they signed when they wed in 2004, Baumgartner agreed to leave the homes and take her possessions in the event of a divorce.

PHOTOS: Shark eats Russian man alive off Egypt beach

The remains of a Russian man, who was mauled to death by a shark in Egypt, have been recovered from inside the predator’s intestines.
Vladimir Popov, 23, was eaten alive by a tiger shark on June 8 when he was swimming off the coast of Egypt’s Red Sea resort city of Hurghada.
A video of the horrifying incident was widely shared on social media.
The shark was later caught and killed by locals.
A group of experts has dissected the tiger shark and found body parts inside its belly.
This also confirmed that it was the shark beaten by the locals that killed Vladimir Popov, who was killed in front of stunned tourists off the coast of Egypt's Red Sea resort city of Hurghada, according to Al Arabiya. Body parts including the man’s arms, chest, and head were recovered from inside the shark by authorities while fishermen had also found some body parts in the sea after the incident, Al Arabiya reported quoting sources.
The female shark is now being mummified so that it can be displayed at a museum. Specialists from the Institute of Marine Sciences and the Red Sea Reserves began embalming the shark on Monday, as part of the mummification process. In one of the terrifying videos of the incident, the Russian man, who had been living in Egypt with this father, was seen struggling to escape the jaws of the tiger shark as he was dragged underwater several times.
The tourist screamed for his father before he was eaten alive by the shark. The attack was witnessed by several beachgoers who were left stunned.
Egypt’s environment ministry later informed that a team had captured the shark and it was being inspected.
The ministry said the shark displayed “abnormal behaviour...resulting in the incident".
After the attack, locals went to the sea in boats and brought the shark to the beach.
A video, which did rounds on social media, showed locals beating the shark, which seemed alive, using metal poles.
One man was even seen hitting the shark’s head and trying to pry open its mouth.

Photos: Olympic Gold medalist Tori Bowie dies at home during childbirth

Tori Bowie, American track star and three-time Olympic medalist, has died, officials said Wednesday.
She was 32. Icon Management, Inc., the agency that represented Bowie, initially announced the news in a tweet.
Sports officials have since acknowledged Bowie's death as well.
"We're devastated to share the very sad news that Tori Bowie has passed away," the agency said.
"We've lost a client, dear friend, daughter and sister. Tori was a champion…a beacon of light that shined so bright! We're truly heartbroken and our prayers are with the family and friends."
Bowie was found Tuesday in her Florida home, according to the Associated Press.
No cause of death was given by her management company, Team USA or the Olympics in individual statements grieving the loss on Wednesday.
"We join our friends at USA Track & Field and across the Olympic community in mourning the passing of 3x Olympic medalist Tori Bowie," Team USA wrote on Twitter. "She was an admired friend, teammate, and a great representative of Team USA. We send our sincere condolences to all who know and loved her."
In a statement citing the tweet from Bowie's management agency, The Olympics praised the decorated sprinter, who won three medals at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio and became a two-time world champion runner, taking home the gold in both the 100 meter race and relay at the 2017 World Championships in London. "Shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Olympic gold medallist Tori Bowie," International Olympics Committee President Thomas Bach said in a statement responding to her death. "In this moment of grief, let me express my heartfelt condolences to her family and friends. The sports world has lost a true champion."
Born in Sand Hill, Mississippi, Bowie competed on her college track and field team at the University of Mississippi, becoming a two-time NCAA champion in the long jump event, before launching her professional athletic career. She traveled to Rio as a member of Team USA for the 2016 Summer Olympics, ultimately winning the silver medal in the 100 meter dash and the bronze medal in the 200 meter dash, as well as a gold medal alongside her teammates for the 100 meter relay.

May her soul rest in perfect peace AMEN.

Donald Trump faces over 30 criminal counts in classified documents case

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on federal charges in an investigation into his handling of classified documents.
According to Reuters:

Former U.S. President Donald Trump faces 37 criminal counts including charges of unauthorized retention of classified documents and conspiracy to obstruct justice after leaving the White House in 2021, according to federal court documents made public on Friday.
The Justice Department made the charging documents public on a tumultuous day in which two of Trump’s lawyers quit the case and a former aide face charges as well. The charges stem from Trump’s treatment of sensitive government materials he took with him when he left the White House in January 2021. He is due to make a first court appearance in the case in a Miami court on Tuesday, a day before his 77th birthday.

The indictment of a former U.S. president on federal charges is unprecedented in American history and emerges at a time when Trump is the front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination next year. Investigators seized roughly 13,000 documents from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, nearly a year ago. One hundred were marked as classified, even though one of Trump’s lawyers had previously said all records with classified markings had been returned to the government. “I AM AN INNOCENT MAN!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform on Thursday after announcing he had been indicted.
Trump has previously said he declassified those documents while president, but his attorneys have declined to make that argument in court filings.

CNN reported on Friday that Trump said after leaving office that he had retained military information that he had not declassified. Those comments, captured on audio, could be a key piece of evidence in the case. U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon has been initially assigned to oversee the case, according to a separate source who was briefed on the matter. She could preside over the trial as well, said the source, who spoke on condition of anonymity.
Cannon, appointed by Trump in 2019, made headlines last year when she decided in favor of the former U.S. president at a pivotal stage of the case and was later reversed on appeal. Cannon would determine, among other things, when a trial would take place and what Trump’s sentence would be if he were found guilty. It is the second criminal case for Trump, who is due to go on trial in New York next March in a state case stemming from a hush-money payment to a porn star.
If he wins the presidency again, Trump, as head of the federal government, would be in a position to derail the federal case, but not the state one in New York.

Also on Friday, Trump said on his Truth Social platform that his former military valet, Walt Nauta, had been charged in the case. Nauta worked at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort after serving in the Trump White House. It was unclear what his charges were. Nauta’s lawyer, Stanley Woodward, declined to comment. A spokesperson for Special Counsel Jack Smith, who is leading the prosecution, could not be reached immediately.
In an earlier post, Trump said he would be represented in the case by white collar defense lawyer Todd Blanche, who is representing him in a separate criminal case in Manhattan. Trump made that announcement after his lawyers John Rowley and Jim Trusty quit the case for reasons that were not immediately clear.
“This morning we tendered our resignations as counsel to President Trump,” the two lawyers said in a statement. “It has been an honor to have spent the last year defending him, and we know he will be vindicated.” Trump and his allies have portrayed the case as political retaliation by Democratic President Joe Biden, but Biden has kept his distance.

The White House said he did not find out about the indictment ahead of time, and he declined to comment when asked by reporters in North Carolina about the indictment.
Attorney General Merrick Garland has sought to minimize the perception of political interference by appointing Jack Smith as special counsel, giving him a degree of independence from Justice Department leadership to head the prosecution.
The case does not prevent Trump from campaigning or taking office if he were to win the November 2024 presidential election.
Legal experts say there would be no basis to block his swearing-in even if he were convicted and sent to prison.
